There is no linear path in healing. Prescriptions do not exist, nor rules or right and wrong ways of healing.
There is only deep inner listening.
Opening your heart to hear.
Allowing yourself to feel all the emotions without making them right or wrong.
Shutting out the external world of perception, judgement, blame and projection.
Accepting the personal truths that come from deep inner listening.
Rejecting the inner critic that tries to keep you stuck in the loop of illusion and stories.
Aligning with the clarity felt within your body when it comes. That there is the closure and collapsing of old timelines.
Surrendering to all possibilities and all that shows itself amongst the emotional flow. It all carries wisdom. Anger, grief, joy, clarity, disappointment. None of it is wrong, it is all messages to be heard for healing.
I can see my patterns.
I can see the warnings I ignored.
I can see the misalignment of my energy because of that ignoring.
I can see the self sacrificing, the masking, the outsourcing, the failed attempts at realignment, the withdrawal, the pushing and pulling. The excuses I told myself.
I can see the continuing need to withdraw to re calibrate but how without changing the depletion continued.
I can see so much about myself. I can see so much about others. But my healing is about me and I now know only a cyclone could dismantle the illusions I had created.
I find myself grateful for March, none more than how my life’s experiences, the lessons I’ve learned, and the wisdom I’ve gained have prepared me for the cyclone. It’s brought me to my knees, destroyed the false illusions, showing me clearly what I need to see.
So now I begin again but this journey is about internal love. Not being afraid to be me in the fullness of all I am, all I have been, all I have experienced, all I have learned along the way.
Now I begin again, rebuilding not from a well of despair but from a place of gratitude from where I’ve been. Trusting in who I am at all my imperfect perfection.
Now I begin again.
I am falling in love all over again, but this time it’s with me.
