Trauma is NOT a Dirty Word

The truth about trauma is that it comes from regular events in our life too. It is not a dirty word.
Trauma is a powerful elixir of change and can be the greatest heart opener BUT it requires acknowledgment, understanding and loving self compassion.
Science and Soul

Talking about his soul choosing to walk this human experience different to many other souls is not only something I believe, but empowered my son in his uniqueness. In his strengths and wisdom, his “superpowers” rather than his limitations outlined by the science. It put the focus on him seeing himself, rather than spinning into anger, blame, frustration, hurt and hatred for the ‘cause’ of his Autism.
Forgiveness of SELF

Self-forgiveness is a key component of healing and giving ourselves love. It is not about berating ourselves, criticising ourselves or talking negatively to ourselves. It is not the “should of”, “could of”, or “would of” conversations we have with self.
It is about honouring and loving ourself enough to allow ourselves to see the personal growth from the situation and the opportunity to know our soul deeper, to heal the dense energies and change our life trajectory.
Afflictions of Judgement

Judgement is an ailment of being human. Like labels and conditioning, we are subjected to judgement from birth and throughout our human lifetime. Some judgement is useful (light energy), and some is detrimental (dense energy). At birth we are judged (and labelled) as within the ‘normal’ range based on an extensive list of criteria. This […]
Trauma Triggers

How an individual responds to life is as unique as they are and is influenced by their lived experiences, their internal constitution, their conditioning, their environment and the external influences in their life. How they respond is also from a mind, body and soul perspective – again a very individual thing. There are many, MANY things that influence an individual’s response to trauma.

However, after deep inner work, she found healing through gratitude, love, and a focus on her children’s well-being, celebrating life over pain.
Rebirth Weaving

The strands of life entwined around the soul, Stretching.Tightening.Binding and contracting. Pulling on the loom. Wefts of grief, loss, abandonment and betrayal. Woven among the soul’s warp of love, creation, wisdom and compassion. Birthing strands pure white in clarity, innocence and hope. Discoloured by life’s experiences. Under. Over. Sideways. Downwards. Upwards. Each strand pulls upon […]
Life After Trauma

Recovery from trauma, though challenging, is not as daunting as the trauma itself. Open discussion and acknowledgment of trauma, which encompasses various experiences beyond extreme cases, are crucial for healing. By embracing personal narratives and shifting societal stigma, individuals can release dark energy imprints, improve their health, and rebuild their lives.
Learned Vs. Lived Expertise

The author reflects on their educational journey, emphasizing that true expertise is gained through lived experiences rather than formal education. They share personal trauma and struggles, highlighting resilience and personal growth. As a “Soul Weaver,” they now guide others in reweaving their lives, using both lived and learned knowledge to foster healing and self-discovery.
