On this date my mind remembers and my body feels the events of 2010. With each passing year the pain, e-motions and triggers lessen in their intensity and how they come forth. The only constant is my mind’s visual recall, taking me back as if it was yesterday. I am curious at how each year I feel different.
Death As Life

Each time we make change in our life. Each time we alter our life, our being, our relationships, our circumstances, our lifestyle, our career or education. Anytime we experience change – we are actively dying. We are farewelling a part of ourself, letting it go and beginning again. It is the birth of something new. Birth is only possible after death, and each time change occurs in our life we experience death.
Intentions or Resolutions?

When you understand that everything is energy you become more consciously aware of the power your words carry, and how deliberately choosing specific words as your intentions generates a very specific energy vibration. When communicated, worked with, ritualised and bought to life the vibration you create with your words (intention) is externalised as a frequency. The frequency emanates into the external world, which includes the unseen world AND tangible human world, and like a magnet attracts frequency which resonates.
